11/30/2008 - My new project

All of the keys had "teeth" on them, the edge that hung on each key was all chipped (each one) and so before this photo actually I took a sander to the keys to even them out some.

Things look ok from afar!

After sanding, filling holes and one coat of stain.

So according to my neighbor we are always up to something at our house. For the most part I believe it, especially now. Here is my new project. I was able to get this piano free and because of the very damaged woodwork I am restoring it. Right now there is only one coat of stain on it, still needs a second....maybe even a third, and I also need to put a top coat on. But think it is starting to look better! Hey, not as many holes in it anyway!

11/30/2008 - Look A Like

Everyone always said I look like my dad, but according to this!!! I look more like my mom!

11/27/2008 - Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving! We went to my parents house and had a wonderful dinner. Both the older kids were able to have a sleepover, which they were very excited about. Little Conrad got his shots yesterday and was running about a 102* temp earlier today so he wasn't in the holiday spirit.

11/21/2008 - Daddy's 28th Birthday!

So it was Darek's 28th birthday, the kids and I made dad a cake and we went to dinner with our good friends the Jones family and Sean!

11/21/2008 - Twilight

So my mom and I went to the movie premier of Twilight this morning at 12:04am! It was fun to get out, a bit cold standing in line but I had a great time. The movie was disappointing in some aspects as they didn't follow some of the book and I really don't care much for the cast that they used, but overall I thought it was entertaining!

Ok mom, one more!

My baby is 6 months. And I am so so so sad. I love having a baby in the house. Now, don't get me wrong, I am glad we are done, it is just sad to know that after him there won't be any more babies around. Andy, you better get married, I need to have a baby in the family in 2 years!

He and I were having a ton of fun, and he kept giving me the cutest smiles. Hey I even got to use my flash for the first time since getting it!

11/19/2008 - Baby Diapers!

Ok, so having 2 kids in diapers isn't fun. But check out how many diapers we go through every 2 WEEKS! You would think this would be motivation to potty train my 2 year old.....ummm....nope!

11/15/2008 - Blue Baby

So Jada made a picture for Quincy on non-toxic paper that is supposed to work only with a magic pen etc. Anyhow Quincy gave the photo to Conrad, who in turn ate it (well sucked on it) and we had a blue baby!

11/18/2008 - Baby Poop

So tonight Jada had a sleepover at Nana's house since Papa is out of town. A girls night out. So I had Quincy stay up late....btw he is still up....so that we could spend some quality time. Sometimes he gets left out. I try to avoid the middle child syndrome but it is hard. Anyhow here is my story:

Quincy was playing video games on my laptop as he does quite often actually. He was coloring a picture online and he was very focused on what he was making. It looked as though he was just coloring the whole paper a brown/green color. So I finally asked him what he was making and he said: "Look Mom, baby poop!". Boys will be boys!

11/13/2008 - Kara's house

So our wonderful friends and neighbors have this HUGE pile of leaves outside their house. So we went over to take pictures....well that was my idea, my kids on the other hand didn't care to take any photos. So as always they wouldn't look at me, or smile or anything. And apparently Conrad hates leaves. But the other two had a great time jumping in them!
